The Wedding Breakfast
One starter can be chosen from
- • Homemade soup with fresh bread roll
- • Chicken Liver pate served with Cumberland Sauce and Melba toast
- • Egg Mayonnaise served with brown bread and butter
The main meal can be chosen from
- • Roast Beef or roast Turkey dinner
- • Chicken breast with a mushroom abnd tarragon sauce
- • Braised steak in a mushroom, red wine and onion gravy
- • Pork loin steak with a cider and apple sauce
All the above apart from carvery are brought to the table One dessert can be chosen from
- • Mandarin Trifle

CIVIL CEREMONIES
Civil Ceremonies at The PunchBowl Inn
There are so many wonderful ways you can get married nowadays and a Civil Marriage Ceremony is one of those where your Wedding Day takes place at the same venue.
You will need to contact the Registry Office on 01302 364922 who will provide you with available dates of the Registrar who will perform the ceremony, along with details of their fees and available dates.
Once you know the Registrars availability then check back with us to find a suitable date. You will then be invited to meet our co-ordinators when you can discuss the finer details of your day.
The function suite can accomodate 80 guests and the library 30, for Civil Ceremonies.
A room will be provided at The Punchbowl Inn for your Civil Ceremony. We will arrange the seating plan for you and flowers for the suite.
The Registrar will require a private meeting with the Groom 30 minutes before and the Bride 20 minutes before the ceremony. Please do not worry about this meeting as our Punchbowl Inn management team will be with you throughout your special day. You will require two witnesses, these can be family or friends provided they are over 16 years of age.
Before, during and after your Civil Ceremony at The Punchbowl Inn, a selection of music of your choice can be used, please deliver these to us before your special day.
Note that religious content is not permitted at your Civil Ceremony.

Whether you simply need an extra pair of hands or a fully organised event, The Punchbowl Inn can provide a personal and flexible service adapted to your needs, saving you money time and stress.
Do you know which supplier is best, which ones will do everything you want, at the best price for you? How about the style of Wedding Photography or how much you should be paying for your cake, flowers and entertainment? What about the timings on the day? Should you send a gift list with the invitations? These are just a few of the questions that we know you will need the answer to, and thats where The Punchbowl Inn Wedding Planning Service can help.
BOOKING YOUR WEDDING
Reception only
When you book your reception at The Punchbowl Inn, a non-refundable desposit of £300.00 is required.
Then, 12 weeks before your wedding at The Punchbowl Inn, a further £600.00 non-refundable payment will be required.
Three weeks before your wedding day, you will be invited to meet with your co-ordinator to discuss final arrangements and numbers. Any outstanding balance will also need to be paid at this time.
Cancellation of the wedding after the full balance has been paid shall mean that 50% of the final payment and the full £900.00 will be retained by The Punchbowl Inn

Terms and Conditions
The company shall not be liable for any delays in performing its duties as a result of causes beyond its control.
The company shall not be responsible for damage to or poss of any property left on the premises or damage to any vehicles or their contents.
Whilst we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained on the website are accurate, The Punchbowl Inn reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw any service or facility.
You ill be responsible for any damage to the property, fixtures, fittings and decorations caused by your guests.
